A modified Winchester P94 plasma rifle. The plasma bolt chamber has been hotwired to accelerate the bolt formation process.

This weapon is PvP viable. The turbo plasma rifle requires a Turbo Plasma Capacitor.

This may no longer be required as you can only find turbo plasma rifles and can no longer craft them.

Note: Turbo Plasma Rifle has +5 crit roll bonus.
