Main Rules

Similar to Town Control feature with few differences:

  1. Base Control is not played in the specified area but on the whole location, on all levels except Nuka Cola Bottle Plant in Salt Lake City. To take control over Nuka Cola Bottle Plant the player with his team must hold the position inside the bottling plant area but still it doesn't matter on which level or part of it.
  2. To take the control over the base you need to kill all mobs inside first, and here also with small exception for Nuka Cola Bottle Plant.
  3. Mobs which are living at the base's area can retake the control for their own.
  4. Mobs will not attack the current controller unless they're not taking the base back, they are not attacked or... Current controller will loot the featured spawner only. Controller unlike the other players can't loot regular dungeon spawners.
  5. When the controller will attack mobs living inside the base those will start retaking the base immediately.
  6. To stop retaking the base by mobs players must kill them all in whole location.
  7. Same as above for other players from player-driven factions.
  8. Base Control feature doesn't have requirements about wearing gear.
  9. Here's no time reserve like 30 seconds in Town Control has.
  10. To achieve less countdown time rise your science skill.
  11. Each base has own different requirements to run the timer.

Which bases can be controlled?

Base Control is featured for following locations:

Base Name Requirements Time for reward spawning (CET)
Waterworks 3 players. 6:00, 12:00, 18:00 and 24:00
Area-51 6 players. 1:00, 7:00, 13:00 and 19:00
Nuka Cola Bottle Plant in Salt Lake City 5 players. 4:00, 10:00, 16:00 and 22:00
Mariposa Military Base 7 players. 2:00, 8:00, 14:00 and 20:00
Hawthorne Army Depot 5 players. 3:00, 9:00, 15:00 and 21:00

Additionally on full hours 5:00, 11:00, 17:00 and 23:00 the reward is spawning in one random base.

Rewards

Main reward for each spawn (one from list):

  • 50% of chance to spawn buffed tier 3 item which can be buffed

  • 3% of chance to spawn tier 4 blueprint
  • 5% of chance to spawn some implant
