Uses
It offers some defense against Normal damage, Melee, Unarmed, Energy Weapons, Fire, and Explode.
Can be upgraded into Combat Leather Jacket.
A character can sneak effectively in Leather Jacket.
It gives +3% bonus to speedboost.
Obtaining
- Simply complete the quest, Buy cigarettes for Buster to easily obtain one.
- Craft it. (see crafting table)
- Buy one from a Merchant.
