Master Thief

A Master Thief is proficient at stealing. He is able to attempt his thievery twice as often as his less skilled counterparts.

Master Thief is a support perk.

Where to obtain (Spoiler)
It can be obtained during a conversation with Shadow a dark shadowy individual that is known to hang near the workbench in Hub's easternmost district called Old Town. When dealing with the aforementioned thug, extreme caution is advised.
