Encounter

Randomized location created on The World. During traveling from point to point it can force the player to enter to it. It also let the player to create it by clicking on the empty space on The World but with cases of found some living creatures.

TODO: Add descriptions for modes, cases when some player is inside, flares, caravan encounters, etc...
