Empty bottles can sometimes be found in Waterworks, on the dead villagers in weak Raiders encounters, and possibly other places. They can be filled with water to have the same use that water bags do.

- Water can be obtained from waterpumps, waterpipes, wells.
- Water can be put into and taken from a Firetruck
