Metzger is the leader of the Slaver's Guild located in the Den, that performs slavery actions. He is the most important guy in this town, and as he is quite powerful, he is the leader of the slavers. He is used to control the towns' gangs and to give out jobs. Acting as the town mayor, he also gives the Town Control option in Den.
He can recruit players into Slavery
