Cables, insulation and other electronic thingies. It's quite possible to assemble a detonator out of all this scrap.

Obtaining
- Can be purchased from Dangerous Dan McGrew in Redding for 25000 caps each
- Can be obtained from footlockers you find in some urban random encounters.
Uses
- They are used to craft Dynamite
- They are used to craft Plastic Explosives
