A lockpick set, containing various useful simple locksmith tools for opening locks.
Note: Lockpick skill is soft caped at 150% and with Lockpick Set you get 175% Lockpick Skill.
Uses

It depends of how high is Lockpick skill so lockpick set need to boost skill points for opening difficult locks.
