...comes with Bikers's Base location from Fallout of Nevada.
This is unusual location for fast PvP. Everything what you must do:
1. Run the Broadcast Machine placed inside the base.
2. Wait for the countdown ends.
3. Take your reward.
Easy, huh?
But broadcast can be heard by anyone. You (or your faction) will be specified in the message so expect some difficulties in the form of uninvited guests.
