This perk reduces all critical modifiers of your targets' helmets by 50%.
Right Between the Eyes:
- is working with all kind of attacks aimed to head/eyes (melee, throwing, guns)
- deducts 50% from base critical chance modifiers of helmet (not counting crafting bonuses)
