Your attacks show a lot of finesse. You don't do as much damage, but you cause more critical hits.
- Hidden Bonus: Reduces enemy's base armor critical chance by 25%, which is calculated first and thus stacks with the bonus from Right between the Eyes and Hit the Gaps. Example:
- Combat Armor with -10% base crit chance mod will have -8% base crit chance with Finesse
- Combat Helmet with -20% base crit chance mod will have -15% base crit chance with Finesse
- Gives +30 to target's DR for normal, critical and partial bypass shots (does not apply to pure critical bypass)
