Evading is an exceptional skill developed not for knowing how to use specific attack mode but in order to avoid any kind of attacks from any type of enemies. The maximum skill one can have is 300% and it's counting in the following form: (Chance to hit you by your enemy) - (Your character's evading skill in % / 10)

It means that per every 10% of evading skill the chance to hit you can be less (not it will be) by 1%.

For example: The chance to hit you by your enemy is 76%, but with your character's 158% of evading skill this chance is lowered by 15% and gives 61%.

Important: Evading skill is not counted to chance for hit when character is knocked down. Also highly skilled attackers may not feel your character evading skill.
