The '''Old Shovel''' is not craftable, and is mainly used for [[shit shoveling]] and can be obtained by talking to a [[brahmin]] herder at various brahmin pens in towns. This item can also be found in the inventories of [[Salvagers]] in random encounters, usually around [[Boneyard]]. Several of these can be found during the [[The Rail Line Gang]] quest.

When using this weapon to shovel shit, be sure to have the mode set to '''Use on''' with a yellow target cursor, and not a red one, or else you might accidentally attack a brahmin, which can lead to your character's [[death]].

Old Shovels can also be used to [[Grave Digging]] in towns, but will break after one use.
