[[Elmer]] is having problems with attacks in [[Necropolis]] and he needs you to deliver a message to [[Skeeter]] in [[Gecko]] for help.

Talk to [[Elmer]] for a bit. He's located in the [[Watershed]]. He will ask you to deliver a message to [[Skeeter]] all the way up in [[Gecko]]. You can read the [[Tape|holodisk]] he gives you by using it and looking in your [[Pip-Boy]] Archives. Don't worry if you die and lose the [[Tape|holodisk]] because you can still deliver [[Skeeter]] the message without the [[Tape|holodisk]]. Once you talk to [[Skeeter]], he will give you a [[Tape|holodisk]] too, and want you return to [[Necropolis]] with his reply to [[Elmer]].
