The '''Abandoned Howitzer''' [[Special Encounter]] will have two ammo crates with good items. You'll find more [[Howitzer Shells]] than you can carry in one, and one of following sets of armors:
* [[Brotherhood Armor]] + [[Brotherhood Combat Helmet]]
* [[Enclave Armor]] + [[Enclave Combat Helmet]]
* [[NCR Ranger Armor]] + [[Mirrored Shades]]. (NCR Helm and Body; Didn't find Shades.)

Remember you can dismantle the big shells and get [[Advanced Gunpowder]] by using [[Science]].
