• Pretty Boy Lloyd in the Salvatores Bar (Center district).
• Kitty in the Cat's Paw Magazine (South district).

Rewards

• A 9mm Mauser pistol and 20 9mm ammo.
• 600 xp.

If Your Speech skill is between 51 and 80 you will receive a 10mm Pistol and 10mm JHP ammo instead of the 9mm Mauser, 395 caps and 800 exp.

If your Speech skill is above 81 you will receive a sawed-off shotgun and shells instead of the pistols, 495 caps and 1000 exp.
